the problem is in the grep command. you are trying to use a regular expression to filter your file. You’ll need to grep for a single match and look at the first line, e.g.
grep -z -a1 ‘ps3BLEACHSoulResurreccionBLUS’ ~/Downloads/Desktop/ps3BLEACHSoulResurreccionBLUS.txt.log
That will tell you what the line is.
Loss of Fancd2 has overlapping roles with Fanconi anemia-linked FANCD and FANCL in DNA damage response.
Defects in DNA damage response (DDR) contribute to carcinogenesis and many human diseases. FANCD2 is a key component of the Fanconi anemia (FA) pathway that mediates repair of interstrand crosslinks. FANCL is a subunit of E3 ubiquitin ligase that catalyzes polyubiquitination of FANCD2. FANCD2 and FANCL are located at the crossroads of FA pathway, DNA replication and chromosome structure. However, the roles of FANCD2, FANCL and the FA pathway remain elusive. Here, we show that a somatic mutation of FANCD2 causes clinical FA-like features such as chromosomal instability and hypersensitivity to DNA crosslinking agents in mice. Compound mutation of Fancd2 and Fancd2+/- results in embryonic lethality at the mid-gestation stage with fragmented chromosomes and apoptotic cells. In fancd2(-/-) mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs), FANCD2 and FANCI are more sensitive to DNA crosslinking agents and cisplatin. Unexpectedly, crosslinking of DNA ends by cisplatin induced p53 signaling and apoptosis in fancd2(-/-) MEFs, but not in FANCD2-deficient cells. These results suggest that FANCD2 may be connected

Can this high pressure stainless steel pipe work with oxygen pigtail and tubing?
I’m trying to locate a steel connector with a larger inside diameter that will allow oxygen line to exit the tank through the side of the container. This is the construction of our hold-over-to-chimney component described in the following drawing:
Oxygen exits the tank through a bung, and goes to the top of the chimney, which contains a constant source of oxygen in its own tank and an exhaust to a near-by burner. The hose and swivel between the tank and the top of the chimney are stainless steel.
The left side of the chimney is to be connected to the next lower compartment, which is also stainless steel.
Here are the options I’ve researched and found:
Wagon style grommets (NGST1)
Pull tight quick disconnects with rubber O-ring for stainless tubes (SMH611)
I’m concerned that the stainless steel hose will corrode or gall the steel tubes around the bung and the swivel, just as a similar issue seems to have happened with some airline storage tanks. Can anyone confirm whether this is a problem or not?
These are not necessarily safety issues but would need to be inspected for corrosion. Ideally you would also want to have some type of coating on the inside of the tubing.
You can use a pull type connector, this would eliminate the problem with corrosive substances touching the tubing and allow access for inspection and replacement.
Here is an example of a stainless steel pull thru fitting by Firestone. This type of connector is very common on oxygen lines and is used for a reason.
