Gives your beer citrus aroma, add it to any recipe in need of a citrus-fruity push. Used to brew Belgian Bière Blanche, Grand Cru, Tripples and Christmas Beers.

Use 10 – 20g in a 20l batch of beer. Add the peels with 15 minutes left of the boil.
