Sour Orange Peels

Sour orange peel is used in many different styles of beer. Most notably in Belgian Wit’s, Christmas beers, many American wheat’s are using sweet orange peel as well.

Use 10 – 20g in a 20l batch of beer. Add the peels with 15 minutes left of the boil.
