Perle hops are a well-rounded German variety that has steadily gained recognition since its release in 1978. It offers good bittering properties that is paired with pleasant aromas of herbs and spices sought after in the German breeds.  Perle is said to have a pleasant aroma, elements of mint and pine with a hint of spice.
