CaraGlow is our lightest colour caramalt (10-20 EBC), designed to deliver subtle sweetness, a very delicate malt flavour and a touch of fruity brightness, all while maintaining a clean, refreshing finish.
Its incredibly gentle crystallisation in one of our roasting drums produces a mild malty character with hay-like notes and aroma, making it ideal for Pale Ales, Golden Ales, Lagers and Hazy IPAs, where a light touch of caramel complexity and improved mouthfeel are desired.
